Moore Secures Historic Landmark and Site Plan Approval for 540 Broad Street

Marsha Moore secured Site Plan and Historic Landmark approval for the developer, L + M Developmert Partners.  The project is an adapt reuse of the NJ Bell Telephone Building into a mixed-use building with ground floor retail, office space and 265 residential units on the upper floors.  The building was designed by Ralph Thomas Walker, who has hailed in The New York Times as the "architect of the century" in 1957. The building officially opened on April 4, 1929 and was once home to nearly 3,000 employees.
