The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Business Law Section recently appointed Marsha Moore as a Director on its Board of Directors. Marsha, who engages in a substantial number of commercial, development and real estate matters, will serve the Business Law Section well, given its mission of “providing informational and educational programs and publications concerning developments in New Jersey and federal laws and regulations affecting New Jersey profit and nonprofit business organizations (other than banking institutions).” We congratulate Marsha and look forward to her continuing contributions to New Jersey’s business law practice and the clients and industries it serves.
