Several Post Polak Attorneys served as presenters and panelists at the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (commonly referred to as “NCLSA”)  Northern/Southern Regional Conference which was held September 23-26, 2018, at Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.  The event, hosted by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, was well-attended by regulators from a number of  states as far-reaching as Hawaii, alcoholic beverage industry members, trade organizations, and alcoholic beverage attorneys. Jerry Fischer, Wes Geiselman and Jeff Warsh served as presenters and panelists, discussing a number of topics relevant to the alcoholic beverage industry and the regulation of that industry.  Also in attendance were Post Polak Hospitality Group attorneys Douglas Sherman, David Epstein and Siobhan Beere.
