On March 5, 2019 Doug Sherman, Jerry Fischer and Jeff Warsh attended the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s Advisory Committee meeting. The Committee, which is comprised of State regulators, industry representatives and attorneys engaged in alcoholic beverage control law, meets several times a year to discuss current issues impacting the alcoholic beverage community in New Jersey. Participants from all three tiers of the industry in New Jersey, the lawyers invited to attend, the NJABC Director and other ABC personnel, work to advise and steer the regulation of alcoholic beverages in a manner that best serves the interests of both the public and those engaged in the production, distribution, promotion and sale of alcoholic beverages.
