Marsha M. Moore recently served as Redevelopment Counsel to the Parking Authority of the City of Newark in connection with the proposed construction and financing of a mixed-use facility. The facility includes a five-story, 515 space parking garage, storage, office and retail/café space, together with site improvements. Marsha regularly represents both public and private clients in redevelopment projects of all sizes, types and scopes.
