Anne Studholme to Present Land Use Seminar Series

Anne Studholme, former Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Land Use Section, will present at four land-use-oriented seminars in the upcoming months.  All are open to the public, though may require a fee.  

 
On November 29, Anne will address a National Business Institute audience on Commercial Land Use and Zoning Law.  On December 12, Anne will serve as a panelist for the joint APA/NJICLE day-long Land Use Institute, presenting on Using Mediation and Other Forms of ADR to Settle Zoning Disputes.  On December 13, Anne will present on Zoning and Affordable Housing to an NJICLE audience of municipal attorneys and officials as part of a series on local-government law.  And, on March 6, 2019, as she does every year, Anne will serve as one of the anchor presenters for NJICLE's day-long Land Use Update review of the past year's case law.
