Siobhan Beere


Siobhan Beere is a partner with the firm concentrating on local government law, employment law, and litigation defense, along with maintaining a prominent role in the firm’s hospitality practice. Ms. Beere began working with the firm in 2004 as a legal assistant/paralegal, and continued to work full-time while completing her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and Juris Doctor.

Ms. Beere has extensive experience in advising local governments regarding compliance with State and Federal laws, including compliance with matters involving the Open Public Meetings Act and the Open Public Records Act.  She is also a primary member of the firm’s litigation defense practice and currently represents law enforcement and state employees throughout the State of New Jersey.  Ms. Beere has significant experience in the prosecution of employment related matters, including discrimination matters for individual plaintiffs, and has represented corporate clients in the defense of employment and labor related matters.
