Siobhan Beere Named Partner

Post Polak is proud to announce that Siobhan Beere has been named a partner with the firm. Siobhan first joined Post Polak as a “floater” in 2004 following her graduation from Boston College. During her first year with Post Polak she was promoted to paralegal and enrolled in CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice to obtain her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology. Upon completion of her Master’s Degree, Siobhan enrolled in the night program at Rutgers School of Law- Newark and graduated in 2013. Siobhan was admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey and New York in 2014 and has been an associate with the firm until her promotion to Partner this year.
Siobhan has been a Visiting Professor of Ethics at DeVry University and Adjunct Faculty in the Paralegal Program at Raritan Valley Community College since 2018. Siobhan has extensive experience in civil litigation and chancery practice, with a concentration in family, employment law, and local government law, and continues to maintain a prominent role in the Firm’s hospitality practice. Siobhan primarily concentrates her practice now on representing and advising individual, municipal, and corporate clients on employment law and local government matters.
